Join us for the last party of the year!
Get ready to learn from a special guest: Rafael Piccolotto, a Brazilian forró teacher, based in New York, joining us for the first time in The Hague!
And a special addition: celebrating the 113th anniversary of Luiz Gonzaga's birth we will display a special short film about him, the King of Baião.
During the party, DJ Miss Brown is in charge of keeping you dancing the whole night with classics of Gonzagão.

About DJ Miss Bown
Trish Preston, a.k.a DJ Miss Brown, has been spinning vinyl for over 20 years, blending her eclectic musical upbringing and experience from London's late 80s and early 90s underground club scene. As a professional dancer, she infuses her DJ sets with vibrant energy, often adding her funky Shakerine/Tambourine skills to the mix. Recently, DJ Miss Brown has embraced Forró, where she combines her passions for dance and DJing.
About Rafael Piccolotto
Rafael is an experienced forró dancer from Campinas, with more than 15 years of dance experience. He began his journey in the mid-2000s as part of the Forró Brasil dance group at Cooperativa Brasil, an important space of the forró universitário movement.
Now based in New York, Rafael is one of the most active forró instructors in North America, teaching weekly classes and traveling regularly to many of the most important festivals and events across the U.S. and Canada.
Rafael is the creator of the Forró New York project, including its website, social media, online courses, and events such as the Forró New York Weekend. He also maintains a strong online presence: the Forró New York YouTube channel is one of the largest forró channels outside of Brazil, and he is an active online educator with multiple courses available.
